Licensed waterproofing applied and inspected to Australian standards. Compliance certificate issued.
Tiling & Wall Finishing
Floor and wall tiling, grouting, and any wall finishes installed to the agreed design.
Fixture Installation & Handover

Our full installation covers rough-in plumbing and electrical, waterproofing with compliance certificate, floor and wall tiling, vanity, toilet, shower or bath, tapware, accessories, and final fit-off. Everything is completed by our licensed in-house team — no subcontractors.
How long does a new bathroom installation take?
A standard new bathroom installation takes 10–14 days from rough-in to final fit-off, depending on size and complexity. For new builds, we work around your construction programme and can stage the work across multiple visits to align with your build milestones.
Do you work with builders and project managers?
Yes. We regularly work alongside builders, project managers, and owner-builders across Sydney. We provide documentation at each stage, communicate directly with your site contact, and coordinate our schedule around your build programme.
What compliance certificates do you provide?
We provide a licensed waterproofing compliance certificate, plumbing compliance documentation, and a handover package on completion. All work meets Australian Standards and Sydney council requirements for new residential construction.
